Profile - I was an intermediate hurdler throughout High School and College (I hated running distance), and decided to get into distance running in order to keep up with my fiance, Danielle Benson.

Goals- 1/2 marathon: 1:20:00, marathon: 3:10:00, 5k: 16:30, 5 mile: 28:00

When and why I started running: I started running CYO cross country when I was 11 because my oldest brother was a runner and I wanted to try and beat him.
